These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Onward Sky whenever you visit onwardsky.com or place an order for our services.
By browsing the website, placing an order, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Introduction and Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to Onward Sky. These Terms govern your access to our website and your purchase of our reservation service, from the moment you place an order until that order is fulfilled or resolved. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, and all three documents together form the complete agreement between you and us.
You do not need to create an account to use our service. Every order is placed as a guest, and by completing checkout you accept these Terms for that order.
2. Nature of Our Service
Onward Sky provides temporary, verifiable flight reservations, commonly referred to as onward tickets or flight itineraries, that customers use as proof of onward travel for visa applications, immigration checks, airline check-in, and similar travel compliance requirements.
Onward Sky is an independent documentation service operated from New Delhi, India. It is not an airline, a travel agency selling tickets for actual travel, a government body, or a law firm, and it has no affiliation with, or authority over, any airline, border authority, or immigration department.
3. What You Are Purchasing
When you place an order, you are paying a service fee for the creation of a temporary flight reservation. You are not purchasing an airline ticket, and the reservation is not intended for travel.
What you receive is a verifiable Passenger Name Record, or PNR: a real, temporary booking entered into an airline’s own reservation system, which airline staff and immigration officers can look up and confirm. This PNR is the complete deliverable of our service. It does not entitle you to board any flight, and it must never be used, or represented, as a ticket for actual travel.
You are purchasing a temporary reservation, not an airline ticket. If you intend to travel on the dates shown, you must separately buy a valid airline ticket through an airline or a travel agent.
We select the airline, route, number of stops, departure time, and cabin class based on what is available with a verifiable PNR at the time we process your order. You do not choose a specific airline or exact routing.
Our obligation is met once we deliver a verifiable onward PNR that satisfies the proof-of-onward-travel requirement. A preference for a different airline, a different number of stops, a different departure time, or a different routing is not a fault in the service, and is not grounds for a refund or a payment dispute.
4. Service Limitations and Important Notices
Boarding decisions are made by airlines and immigration authorities, not by us. We cannot guarantee, influence, or predict a boarding, check-in, or entry decision, and we are not responsible for a boarding refusal, an immigration refusal, or any other outcome decided by an airline or a government authority.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us, including your name, travel dates, and destinations.
Review every document as soon as you receive it to make sure it matches your travel plans exactly, and contact us right away if anything needs correcting.
5. Reservation Validity
The validity period of your reservation, meaning how long the PNR remains visible and verifiable on the airline’s system, ranges from 48 hours up to 14 days.
Set by the airline, not by us: the exact validity applied to your booking is determined by the airline’s own reservation system at the time of booking. We provide the longest validity available when your order is placed, but the airline may shorten, extend, or otherwise modify that window at its own discretion after issuance.
Onward Sky is not responsible for an airline shortening or modifying the validity period of a reservation once it has been issued.
If you notice any problem with the validity or verifiability of your reservation, contact our support team immediately so we can assist you.
6. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment
6.1 Placing an Order
Ordering takes a few simple steps:
- Select the processing speed you need
- Provide accurate travel and passenger details
- Review your order summary
- Complete payment
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as payment is processed.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full at the time you place your order.
- Payments are accepted through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay.
- Your card and payment details are handled entirely by these processors and are not stored on our systems.
- All prices shown on our website are listed in United States Dollars unless a different currency is shown for your region, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or transaction fees that may apply to your payment.
7. Processing and Delivery
7.1 Service Speed Options
Multiple processing speeds are available at checkout. These timeframes begin once your payment has been successfully processed and your information has been verified. They are estimates provided in good faith, not guaranteed delivery windows, and actual processing time can vary.
| Option | Estimated processing time |
|---|---|
| Standard | Up to 24 hours |
| Fast | Approximately 8 to 10 hours |
| Super Fast | Approximately 1 to 2 hours |
7.2 Delivery Method
Your reservation document is delivered electronically to the email address you provide, as a PDF file. There’s no account or activation link involved: the finished document goes straight to your inbox.
If you selected a specific future delivery date at checkout, your document will be sent on that date instead.
7.3 Non-Receipt of Documents
If you do not receive your documents within the expected window, please check your spam or junk folder, confirm that the email address you provided was correct, and contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. If the delay was caused by an error on our end, we will resend your documents at no additional charge.
8. Booking Changes and Corrections
Because your reservation is held within a live airline system for a limited validity window, our ability to modify an issued booking is necessarily limited.
8.1 One Free Correction
Each order is eligible for one complimentary correction, intended to fix a genuine mistake rather than to redesign your trip. Corrections we can generally make include:
- ✓ A spelling correction to the passenger name
- ✓ A correction to one side of the route (either the departure city or the arrival city, not both)
- ✓ A correction to the travel date
8.2 Changes We Cannot Make Through This Facility
The free-correction facility cannot be used for:
- ✗ Changing the entire route
- ✗ Changing the route and the date together
- ✗ Changing the route and the name together
- ✗ Fully replacing the passenger’s name
- ✗ Applying more than one of these changes at once
Requests of this kind are treated as a new booking rather than a correction, and you may need to place a fresh order.
8.3 Timing
Correction requests must be submitted while your reservation is still within its validity window, with enough time left for the airline’s system to process the change. The precise timing rules and worked examples are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
If you select a travel date very close to your order date, the standard timing windows may not apply. In that case, the airline’s holding policy in effect at the time of issuance governs instead.
8.4 Additional Changes
Any changes beyond the one free correction may be accommodated at our discretion, either for an additional fee or by placing a new order, depending on what is practical for your booking.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 Accuracy of Information
When you place an order, you agree to provide true, current, and complete information, including your full name exactly as it should appear on the reservation, and your travel dates and destinations.
You’re responsible for checking that everything in the documents we provide matches your travel plans, and for reviewing them carefully before relying on them or sharing them with anyone else.
9.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to use a temporary reservation for actual air travel
- Resell, redistribute, or share our documents or services without our permission
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our website, documents, or underlying processes
- Use our service to harm, deceive, or defraud any person or organization
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
10.1 General Policy
Placing an order is not, by itself, a basis for a refund. A refund is available only where we have failed to deliver what we promised.
Refunds are available only in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy, such as the specific service failures listed in Section 10.2.
10.2 Refund Eligibility at a Glance
| Not Eligible for a Refund | Eligible for a Refund |
|---|---|
| Choosing not to use documents we have delivered correctly Changing your mind about your travel plans A boarding refusal, an immigration refusal, or any other decision made by an airline or a border authority An error in the information you provided to us The expiry of a reservation once its validity window has passed | Your reservation was never delivered to the email address you provided Your reservation is not verifiable on the airline’s system within our advertised validity window You were charged more than once for the same order We cancelled your order before delivery and could not provide a replacement A confirmed technical failure on our end prevented delivery |
The complete process for requesting a refund under these grounds is set out in our Refund Policy.
10.3 Chargebacks
If we have delivered a verifiable reservation in line with these Terms, initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider instead of contacting us directly is treated as an improper dispute. In that situation, we will provide our delivery records and verification evidence to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including our design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and document templates, is owned by or licensed to Onward Sky and protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, remove any proprietary notice from, or otherwise exploit this content without our prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. By using our services, you agree to the practices described there.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
We rely on third-party providers to deliver our service, including authorized booking partners and airline reservation systems, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support providers. Each of these providers operates under its own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Our website or emails may also contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of any website we do not operate, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular outcome with an airline, a border authority, or a visa-issuing body.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onward Sky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including any loss connected to a missed flight, a denied boarding, or a refused entry.
Liability cap: where liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Onward Sky harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from:
- Your misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law
- Any fraudulent information you provide to us
17. Suspension and Refusal of Service
We may decline to process, suspend, or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse of our service, or false information, and we may refuse future service to anyone who has violated these Terms.
If an order is cancelled under this section before delivery, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method, unless the payment itself is suspected to be unauthorized or fraudulent, in which case the matter will be handled through the relevant payment processor’s dispute process. Orders that have already been delivered remain subject to the Refund Policy.
18. Force Majeure
Onward Sky is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, airline system outages, or disruption to internet, telecommunications, or payment networks.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
In short, here is how a dispute is handled:
- Contact us at [email protected] to describe the issue
- We work together toward an informal resolution by email
- If unresolved, the matter proceeds to the courts of New Delhi, India, which hold exclusive jurisdiction
21. General Provisions

| Entire Agreement | These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Onward Sky regarding your use of our services, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject. |
