Affiliate Program Terms
These terms explain how the OnwardSky Affiliate Program works: how referrals are attributed, how commission is calculated and how affiliates may promote OnwardSky.
These Affiliate Program Terms are effective from 2 October 2026.
1. Program operator
- The OnwardSky Affiliate Program is operated by Onward Sky, New Delhi, India. Onward Sky is registered under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-DL-09-0053026.

2. Joining the program
- Applications are reviewed manually.
- You can earn commission only after your application has been approved.
3. Commission
- Approved affiliates earn 15% of the Eligible Order Value attributed to their referral under the Program’s attribution rules.
4. Eligible Order Value
- “Eligible Order Value” means the final amount actually paid by the referred customer for an eligible Onward Sky booking after discounts, including the base reservation price, return or multi-city charges, additional travelers, and eligible service upgrades, less any refunded amount. Fully refunded orders have an Eligible Order Value of zero.
5. Currency
- Affiliate commissions are recorded in U.S. dollars. If a customer pays in another supported currency, the Eligible Order Value is converted to U.S. dollars using the exchange rate applied by OnwardSky’s system when the referral is finalized.
6. Attribution
- Referrals are attributed for 90 days after a visitor clicks your affiliate link.
- OnwardSky uses a first-referrer model: the first eligible referring affiliate receives attribution, and a later affiliate link does not replace it within the 90-day window.
7. Holding period and refunds
- Approved commissions are subject to a 14-day holding period.
- A commission may be adjusted, rejected or withheld if the associated booking is refunded, partially refunded, disputed, fraudulent, cancelled without a completed eligible payment, or otherwise found to be ineligible under these Terms.
- Partial refunds reduce the eligible commission proportionally.
8. Self-referrals
- Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own affiliate link to place orders for yourself.
9. Promoting OnwardSky
You must:
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your affiliate link.
- Describe accurately what the service provides.
You must not:
- Use cookie stuffing or any other method that sets referral tracking without a genuine visit through your link.
- Send spam, or use fraudulent, incentivized or fake traffic.
- Impersonate OnwardSky or present yourself as OnwardSky.
- Make misleading claims about OnwardSky or its service.
- Claim or imply guaranteed visa approval.
- Claim or imply guaranteed airline acceptance.
- Claim or imply guaranteed immigration or entry outcomes.
- Bid on the OnwardSky brand name or brand terms in paid advertising without OnwardSky’s written permission.
10. Fraud and abuse
- Referrals connected to fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms can be invalidated.
11. Payouts
Payout threshold
- Affiliate earnings become eligible for payout once the affiliate’s payable balance reaches at least $25.
Payout schedule
- Payouts are normally processed on or around the 15th of each month for eligible commissions that have completed the applicable holding period. Eligible earnings below the $25 minimum payout threshold remain in the affiliate account and carry forward until the threshold is reached.
Payout methods
- Available payout methods may vary by affiliate location and may change over time. The payout method available to an affiliate will be shown in the Affiliate Area or communicated by Onward Sky.
12. Changes to the Program
- Onward Sky may update these Terms, commission rules, payout requirements or Program features from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the Affiliate Area, email or an updated version of these Terms where appropriate.
13. Termination
- Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.
- Onward Sky may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for fraud, misleading promotion, prohibited advertising practices, abuse of the Program or violation of these Terms.
- Valid unpaid commissions earned before termination remain subject to these Terms and any applicable review, refund or holding period.
14. Relationship
- Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Onward Sky. Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities.
15. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onward Sky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue, traffic, business opportunity, or anticipated earnings.
- Onward Sky’s aggregate liability arising from the Affiliate Program will not exceed the unpaid affiliate commissions validly earned and payable to the affiliate at the time the claim arose.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
16. Other Onward Sky terms
- Participation in the Affiliate Program is also subject to Onward Sky’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where these Affiliate Program Terms specifically address affiliate participation, these Affiliate Program Terms apply to that subject.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Affiliate Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
